Please note that Sony could careless if you hack/mod a game. It's solely Treyarch's fault that there game got modded. Now if you hack the PS3 to do things as stealing credit cards etc then Sony will ban your console. But for modding, your answer is no

Sony could "careless" if a developers game such as Treyarch's gets modded. It's there problem. And funny thing is, if you do get banned for boosting etc, its game-wise only. Not PSN which some people can't grasp that concept lol
