It would then return to normal but kept happpening for a couple of hours. It is fine at the moment but I don't know if anyone else has experienced peoblems as well...

Yep + Xbox360 runs 15 more FPS than Ps3 iirc.

It is common knowledge that most games are made for XBOX 360 then ported over to PS3 & PC. However I did not expect this to be the case with the biggest title of the year, I too have my doubts and I am trying to find some hard evidence but all signs are pointing to the fact that it was a port despite J.O. saying they have a PS3 Team.

ps3 has more issues, with failures in the cod franchise for the 1st couple of days within release date.

Probably more effort put into the xbox360 version.

Black Ops is known to have Framerate drops on PS3 and PC
The PC version has been patched, and only some users of PS3 versions have the problem
But they have yet to hotfix or patch it

I've been experiencing frame rate drops on the Xbox 360 version. :confused:

i have the 360 and it sounds like the ps3 and Pc players are having worse problems then 360 the Lag and connection and frame rate issues are all happening to me and my brother and we are on the 360 so dont go thinking only the Pc and Ps3 are having problems even after the patch it got a little bit better like i can now bring my friends into games with me but it ends there

Well to be honest, I own both consoles. I own Ps3 for 3 1/2 years and Xbox360 for nearly 2 years. I can definitely tell you that I'm not a fanboy.

They chose Xbox because it's easier to handle it.
