So i was lvl 13 1st prestige and i was making a class with an mp5, i had a look when i unlocked the clan tag on my gun. But it didn say, so i clicked it and an the tick box appeared but there was still a lock next to it and it didnt cost me anything. So i joined a game and i had it. I then went to put it on a different gun but it wouldnt allow me to. I had to be lvl 19
