In general it seems that everyone on my friends list is down in KDR from MW2.
May be the new game and maps, maybe the lag issues, maybe because we all played HC only and have to go 19 rounds to get there but there are some very good players on my list and most are down 30 to 40% from MW2 in KDR and a few have some serious time played already.
