I played in a capture the flag game on launch today and this same thing happened. We went through host migration about 4 times between the 1st and second (last) round and at the start of the second round a guy was unable to die, also, he could not kill anyone either. But, he could cap and return flags.

I'll post the vid if anyone wants to see.

sounds like a different thing... this guy in my vid went 40-0. But the weird thing was when he ran out of ammo, he was unable to pick up anyones weapon so he had to stab lol
