Not been on that much and in a lot of pub matches but its weird how few people have mic on compared to MW2.
Maybe just a lot more people playing and not just the diehard addicts but even when MW2 first released there were many more poeple in the lobbies with mics on.

Anybody else noticing this??

Also how many hits to the upper torso does it take now to put someone down in regular core.
On average, don't need the full list, it used to be 4 to 6 .
Seems like 10 now.

Mics are pointless unless you with a friend or something normally little f**king kids just yell and scream in them.

There is a giant bug with using mikes in BO, on the PS3. The little speaker doesn't show up. I often can't hear 1 or 2 random people in my party, especially when there are alot of people playing on the server. It really pisses me off they can fix the Prestige Hack in a few days after it comes out, but the mike glitches, or being able to back out with your party they haven't even touched.

Its only PS3.

You have point before B.O. came out those were the only two kind of people I would find with MICS on in MW2, like you just come in a lobby and they start bombarding you with racist comments and B.S. Send me your PSN through PM or something so when were both on we can get some games.

Your right about why do people use mics if there not going to call out some help. It's always been that way, which I could never figure out. Its the main reason I like to play with friends, but for some reason on this release everyone is playig their own games. Maybe the problems with the party invite or could be I not on much or just suck at this one

Because nobody actually listens, people are too bothered about getting killstreaks or high ratios rather than playing the objective, i stopped using my mic since MW2.

In Cod4 if i was on a team with other people on mics we'd be helping eachother out, it was a pretty good experience alot of the time, made quite a few buddies to play some good games with that way. Nowadays, you try and talk to someone, they either dont talk back, or its some little dick head thinking he's awesome.... I rarely find anyone playing music down the mic, i must be lucky lol...
