2.go to the barrier with the jeep infront of it
3.go along that road, past the chain-link fence
4.you sould see a road coming off of the main road turning left
5.keep going along that road, raise up(L1/R1/L2/R2/RT/LT)
6. when you see a pole with the nuke at the top of it look at the bottom of the pole
7. there should be a shed,get as close to that shed as possible (barriers)
8. lower yourself underground and look at the shed

i know this is dumb but how do i go down with the spectator camera (ps3)

you have to look down and then go forward
