Its only a minute of solid knifing.
When hes after someone on the table its an easy way to give points to someone on the ground or that has less than you.
It takes ~7-15 PP'ed Ray gun shots to kill him.

It takes about 20 shots to kill him with Mustang and Sally, the Pack A Punched Colt M1911.

Play Solo, buy Quick Revive. Turn the power on as quickly as possible and when you see him, down yourself and shoot him with the pistols you got from Revive.
