If you go right under the green light, it says something like: "Access Denied: Need Operational Parts". I don't know exactly what it says, but to use the barriers, you need to get two parts that are found on the map. Here's where they're found:

First one is found in the middle floor with the big circle. It is downstairs, and on the outer part, near the elevator. Hard to explain, so watch the video I post on the bottom

Second one is found in the bottom floor. Go to the room with the bowie knife next to the room with the power switch. The part is found in a white cabinet

Lol i did that. WHen i was the last person i ran to the barrier and it didnt work.
