(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); What they should have done concerning knifing is make it a two hit kill in the front but only a one hit kill in the back. But if some damage had been done before hand to an enemy it would only be a one hit kill in the front.
I just thought this would be a fair feature for everyone and would even have people not on edge as much about lunges and stuff as it wouldnt matter because you would still have a fair chance to kill them. This would reduce people mashing their buttons and knifing you in Close quarters.

Another idea i had was to have two different melee's. One would be a "execution" style melee which would only be from behind an enemy which would be a one hit kill. But anything from the front would just be a gun melee meaning you'd strike the enemy with the stock of your gun, and would be a 2 hit kill.

Of course this is my opinion, but i know that there are people who would snap a Black Ops disk in half if this happened. What do you think?

that's fine... I mean people complain cuz they don't like dying and I was saying overall people should stop overreacting to the knife.

I mean last night I was 1 away from Gunship and some guy knifed through my shots. I WAS PISSED! But not enough to actually try to ask TreyArch to nerf it. We al have those how did I get knifed moments but asking for a new knife system is extreme... That was my point

what do you mean by "balanced"? Guns can be different but all the knives are the same we all have the same knife

I think having the knife being a one hit kill is fine, but it should only be a slash. NO lunge at all.

Well it was balanced in the way that the lunge was so small nobody complained yet it was still a lunge(just about) so was still viable as a last resort.
