Simply download these links:
You must login or register to view this content.
You must login or register to view this content.
Put them in the correct place on your USB / HDD, if you need help comment or pm me... It'll be the 00000000 folder for the modded account and content folder for the DLC.
Load up black ops, sign in player 2 as the modded account... and all zombies maps will be unlocked.
EDIT: Just to clarify this is for XBOX 360, and requires a USB / Transfer Cable.
EDIT 2: Tutorial For USB Modding
- Open your USB in modio / usbxtaf / other...
- Open content and inject the gamertag folder... (Looks something like "E00003----------") (Including Sub-Folders)
- Go into the content folder again and create a new folder.
- Rename the new folder "0000000000000000" (This should rename it to "Download [00...]"
- Open the downloads folder
- Inject the Maps (Including Sub-Folders...)
- Go onto xbox
- Load up BO
- Sign in like usual and go to the zombies screen
- Sign in on player 2 to the modded gamertag using the Guide button
- Sign player 2 out
- Play Cod:W@W Maps

Update: Turns out it was either a bad extraction or a bad copy as I re-did everything and now all 4 maps are working.
Many thanks to OP for saving me 40$+! =D

Once the modded account & DLC is on your USB(FAT32 format), put it in your XBOX, then just copy both the account and the DLC over to your XBOX's HDD.
Now load up BO, go to "Zombies" then "XBL". Now turn on your 2nd controller. Press the guide button to sign-in to the modded account(called BlakOps Taco or something lol), then sign immediately back out(if you don't you may run into server problems). Now that it's kicked you back to the main menu(if it hasn't then no worries), just go right on ahead and play some zombies! =D
Also it's worth noting you'll have to do the modded account thing each and every time you load up BO with the intention of playing WaW zombies, as the activation is only temporary(until you dashboard).
