Yeah this is real... If you wanted to fake something like this it would take a LOT more work than it would to actually mod it. It does not seem like it would be terribly hard to do this if you have the knowledge.

I think it is real if only because of the jumps. Everything else would be easy enough in most video editors, the jumps, on the other hand, would be really annoying to make.
