Just wanted to say Thanks for the Avatars.
But this is off topic, Can somone tell me how to get a Text Signature, that has a colour moving through it?

I can't describe it any batter than that, but II-Elite-II has one, so I just wanted to know how to get one like that.
Do I have do be a premium or something?
