Note: This is HORRIBLE for your win/loss ratio, but very efficient.

Some people have already found this, but I don't think it's been posted here before.

Here's what you do:

1. Join a Domination game that hasn't begun yet
2. Run to the nearest flag and capture it
3. Back out and repeat

If you go to the top page of Domination and watch people's recent games, you'll see this is all they do. I don't do this on my main account, you'll see my fake account on the leaderboards. This works because your Score Per Minute is very high when you do this.

The best time to do this is on a Monday when they reset the Weekly leaderboards, and it's best for new accounts that you don't really use.

I found this by myself but I wasn't the only one.
