I already searched ways on how to solve this problem like in Steam Library but Still not working. I can't even start to play this. Can someone help me solve this problem pls. If there's a link that I can download to solve it i will really appreciate.

Like they said above you should probably first check if your computer can even handle running the game. You must login or register to view this content. is really good, it has a huge list of games. It scans your computer and tells you if you match the requirements. Black Ops is on the list.
