(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); I was surfing around looking at some people posting up some of their cool emblems around the forum and I thought to myself, "we need to have a competition similar to SOTW with Black Ops emblems."

So basically what I want to know is if you guys think this is a good idea? For the most part it would be like SOTW. I would most likely have it on the same schedule and possibly have a set theme each week that would need to be followed. We could also do a similar prize system, which I believe is currently 100k for 1st and 50k for second.

So let me know what you think and if you guys like the idea, I'll get it started up this week .

Not if there are themes. You won't be able to enter the same emblem twice anyway .

I think it would be fun, but there's only so much you can do and I couldn't see it becoming a section. =/

Too bad originality will be a failing factor. No matter somewhere, somehow, the video may potentially be on youtube with a tutorial on how to make that sick, "sonic" emblem.

True, but, to use SOTW as an example, people don't typically use tutorials in their entries there and I feel that anyone who wishes to win based off someone else's work is at their own loss. I understand what you are getting at though .

It doesn't necessarily need a whole new section. A simple subsection in the Black Ops Discussion would do just fine .

Well, I'm thinking I'll start this up next week, as I got a relatively good response from everyone in here. Look out for a thread on it .
