Woah Ive never seen that before, try doing the 3arc unlock on the computer again and see if that works. If that doesnt then sorry :/

tried didnt work i was on the leader boards for it to and i just played it with a freind i cant hit the map though

Heres something to try, use a proxy server and delete your update, then reupdate it, see if that works, if it doesn't try posting a topic on the official Black Ops forums
