Its really easy it might take 1-2 trys
I know this currently works because i did it like an hour ago..
Once You Get The Death Machine Your Team Mate Must Get Down Before You Do, Then When Your Team Mate Gets Down You Get Down Before He Gets Revived By Someone, Then You Waste All Your Pistol Ammo When Your Down, Then Get Revived By Your Team Mate And Walla You Have It Plus Your 2 Other Guns!!

(THIS GLITCH REQUIRES 3+ PLAYERS)
1. Get a death machine
2. Have a teamate get downed by a zombie or grenade
3. Get downed by a zombie or grenade
4. Have your friend that got downed get revived by someone.
5. Shoot all your ammo out while downed
6. Get revived
