Tutorial:

1)Download the program from the link above

2) Find a wager match on black ops

3) If losing, open up "net-tools"

4) Click tools in the top right corner

5) Scroll down until you reach the tool "UDP Flooder"

6) A dialogue box should come up.. In the first box type in24.24.24.24

7) In the box underneath, copy and paste "Data" untill you have 12 so you may want to copy "Data" once and paste a futher 11 times.Here it is if you need it (12 "Data")DataDataDataDataDataDataDataDataDataDataDataData

8.) Turn the speed to 10 with the slider bar along the bottom.

9) click "Start"

10) After so long make sure you click "Stop" otherwise you will be disconnected from xbox live.

11) Now you should see the people in your lobby start to "Time out"

12) Now when the game finishes, after enemies forfeit you will need to go into another game where you can gain cod points.. you should regain the 10k codpoints you lost and the ones you gained that game.

13) If you find this doesn't work, try to be the host, I know I said you have to not be the host but i have had reports that sometimes you may actually need to be.

Yes, it works for PS3 and 360.

If you are the host , you will have most green bars.

Didn't worked for me too. After I flooded my connection the Host Migration kicks everyone out and I lost my Points. (After 3 Seconds)
