I have the same problem. It worked when I first got it, but now it's not working anymore.

i got the solution.
U have on Nat Type Open on MW2 and NAT Type Strict on BO?

mine was working before but like last week it just stops letting me join parties/accept invites since it waits, kicks me out to the multiplayer main menu and then gives me a message saying like no longer available or something (idr)...its really annoying but then my friends can sometimes join my party only by joining, not by invite.

Turn off ps3, turn off/restart router, turn on router, turn on ps3
It worked for me last time.
