A few days ago a tried an acog on the L96A1 and I've been in love ever since, it's definitely my favorite thing to do on Black Ops now. It's not quite quick scoping but if you quick scoped on MW2 I would recommend trying it out. I run Ghost, SoH, and Marathon with it.

You have to scope in longer with the ACOG until the bullets actually go where you are aiming. They seem to have recently made it take less time for the bullets to go where you are aiming with the normal scope.
"Seems" is a very questionable term... Not saying you're wrong, but unless I see somewhere that Treyarch said they were making that change, I won't believe it.

It's always been there since they put in the sniper patch. But just recently they tweaked sniping a little bit and you can now tell that the normal scope takes less time to wait for the bullets to go where you aim compared to the ACOG.
