This is legit. My buddy had some guy on the opposing team do this to him. He hit him with a spawn tomahawk and it put him in Second Chance. He then unloaded a whole clip of FAMAS into him, STUCK him with a semtex, and shot him in the head point blank with the Olympia. The guy WOULD NOT die.
