This is just a extended mission for the story. Which is why you unlock this AFTER you complete the campaign. You don't understand this because you used the code to get the maps. The basement shows experiments and how the US are trying to understand 115 & Nova 6. Keep in mind that it's somewhere hidden in the Pentagon, so expect a lot of new maps and a deeper story.

No i beat it it was great suburb but yet it does not make sense at all it some what dose but were did the zombies come from????

I personally think that Five was just a map for fun and it holds little relevance, if any, to the zombie story. I mean, the game is set during the cold war and four of the most influential people at the time were JFK, Nixon and Fidel and other guy (Can't remember name), who wouldn't want to see them team up against a common enemy?
