Black Ops requires a high-end gaming PC. Although playable on other pcs, it may be laggy.
You using a Macbook Pro.. it may be fine.

This will work if you Dual-Boot Windows XP, but no other Operating System as XP is pretty much the best gaming OS.

Yes, install windows 7 because I don't know if it's just me or not but when I dual boot XP it randomly freezes if I have too much open or something. It gives me the blue screen of death :p.

On a side note, I don't think black ops on a Mac would be too good, just sayin.

Playing any game in Bootcamp through Windows causes my MBP to run super hot and fans go nearly at full speed.
I played MW2 through Bootcamp and it played fine on high settings but the MBP got real hot.
My specs are MacBook Pro 2009, 2.66ghz C2D, 4GB ram, Nvidia 9400M and a 256MB Nvidia 9600GT.

I'm also interested in running Black Ops through Boot Camp.
Would anyone be able to give me an estimated guess as to how the game would run on my machine.

17" Macbook Pro
2.53GHz Intel Core i5
4GB RAM

Two Graphic Cards:
Intel HD Graphics
NVIDIA GeForce GT 330M
Resolution: 1920 x 1200

Let me know if there's any other details you need, thanks!

With only a 2.13 GHz processor, 2GB of ram and through Boot camp it will most likely be laggy.

I'VE GOT JUNGLE FEVER
Run on low and it'll look like a PS1 game but will be playable then.
