When you teleport in Kino Der Toten it will take you to the room with pack-o-punch. After that it will take you to a random room. Then it will take you back to the main place. Well what I've noticed is this:
There's a Conference Room, which looks like its from "Five"
Then there's another room that looks like a dentists office, or again from the map Five.
Now there are only two more rooms...And they're both Samanthas room. Here's the way wiki describes them

The rooms structure is the same except there is blood everywhere. The room brings a more disturbing and frightening touch to the once lonely and slightly disturbing room. As you look around, you will realize everything has been disoriented and/or destroyed in an unpleasant way. Tables are knocked over, curtains are torn, etc. Your eyes will also view everything with strong blood-red tint. Also there is a pile of Teddy Bears covering the scale model of Der Riese with one big Teddy Bear over all. The film reel is on the bed.
Well after seeing all the rooms I've decided that 2 of them are from other maps, so it would seem to me as though the next map is going to take place in some kind of house/mansion that Samantha grew up in.

I kind of agree with you treyarch is so good with them damn easter egg hell mabye we didnt find it yet but theres probaly a easter egg for the next map some were????

most likely the next map will be at a russian place Im not throwing Area 51 out of the way it could still be a possibility because this game is set in that time era that this whole thing happened aliens area 51 space race

I thought it was established the Der Riese was the start of the Zombie Epic. If anything, the Zombie story is so malleable that the story line itself could change to suit TreyArch's needs at any moment.
Either way, they have made some awesome Maps...I propose the true awesomeness started with Der Riese (Thought, the other maps were good--I just don't consider them awesome).

I do not want to seem like I know nothing here but who is Samantha? was she in W@W because I got MW2 as my first COD game so I know nothing about the W@W story line.

Daughter of Doctor Maxis...and owner of "Fluffy", the dog Richtofen and Maxis put in the teleporter, causing it to mutate into the Hell Hounds.
Subsequent to the combined research of Maxis and Richtophen, Richtofen locked Maxis and Samantha in a room when the Hell Hound first appeared. It killed them both as Richtophen watched and uttered his devilish laugh.
