Once upon a time...

NextGenUpdate

(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Ok so first you will need 7 - 10 layers.
Get a wotsit and make the outline and make it black.
Duplicate that layer but dont make that one an outline and make it blue (adjust the picture to look better)
Get the emblem called Rounded Eight, I think its called that.
Make that as hes eyes make them black, then get TWO rounded ovals and make them white for hes eyes, then get two circles and make that hes pupils and make them look silly.
Get another rounded oval and make it as hes mouth (make it black), you will need to play with the layers.
Get a boot and make the rounded oval look like a mouth and make the boot blue.
If you did it right it should come out as the cookie monster.
