I'm not saying his post is bad.
This is a good video. But I mean, it seems like the people in the video can't do much. I'd rather prefer something more fun.

Dude, this is not a patch mod, this is xex modding.. at the begining of the video he loads his custom "default_mp.xex" and its posible on Ps3 by editing your "t5mp_ps3f.self" in IDA, just follow the xbox instructions on se7ensins on how to mod an xex file.

Its basic Dvar editing, how ever you can only run it on 3.41 which is currently down atm, as online is patched.

Cant you transfer the patch?

You cant run modded .self files on a retail ps3, it has be jailbroken.
