i just got perm ban cause my buddy came over for the night and he has a hacked 15th name i went to sleep and he went on his name now my name is ban hows that work i already bought 2 copies of black ops cause the first one would not play storie mode like this is bull how long is a per ban or is it forever

I got banned permanently because my main account had an overwhelming amount of CoD Points for being such a low rank and a guy used ALL of his PSN accounts & friends to report me since I kept starting a flame war every lobby he was in (since he was a friend of my friend) ...
Thinking about hitting up Treyarch and asking them why I got banned on my other account. If no reason, I'm thinking about doing something irrational.

Note: This ban was issued like a week ago.
