I got banned by using a modded gamertag.
And i was 15th lve 50

You could just make a new account. If they perm ban you from their servers, they also give Sony your information to ban you.

No, Sony does not ban you AT ALL! You are ONLY banned from Treyarch servers. Your account and IP are stored in the server and the server is told to not allow access from either. The only thing you can do is make a new account and change your IP. You can still play other games on that account though. You CAN still sign in and play online. The only thing you CAN'T do is play online on Black Ops (ONLY ON BLACK OPS, NOTHING ELSE).

Sony Will not ban you from your mac as sony thinks BlackOps is just a 3rd party game they dont care about it

If they made a new account, yes. They still keep your account on file, so you can't just simply change your IP and magically get on the same account again of thats what you meant.
