your right about that but it still does happen.....so that means it still needs to be patched

This happens almost every game to me. My mic hardly ever shows up. I really hate it when someone's screaming over the mic or something and you have no idea on who the heck to mute. Lol, but yeah this is one of the many things that needs patched on Black Ops.
