And the map packs including the MW maps except Carnival, seriously hate that map.

Mannn this was a tough one, but my heart says go with MW2. I mean you gotta love scrapyard, skidrow,terminal, rust, sub base,highrise & favela were some of the best maps in the series I THINK *my opinon*. They were big enough for the snipers but small enough to make you feel like youu were always in the action. For me COD4 comes in @ a close 2nd. I also think there won't be any better map *yet* in a FPS than Rainbow Six Vegas "CASINO" that was the map to end all maps.
