Meanwhile, here's the best way i can explain it w/out video proof

1. Go to this spot on the map.▲
2. Get as close as you can to the Cement Barrier
3. Set Camera Spike.
4. Next, View Camera Spike.
When you view your Camera Spike, it will look right through the cement barrier, Hiding it from the enemy AND the cement barrier blocks it from gunfire, making it EASY to spot the incoming enemy
Confirmed on XBOX!

I tried it on a few cement barriers, but no luck.
