Many people have problems being able to do the glitch because it either takes them to private match or to combat training TDM. This is because IMO your connection is too quick and loads that game very fast. So the method that i was taught and im going to explain more (all credits go to You must login or register to view this content. for this)
So the last steps are simple

So right when your about to press load game and you have everything else ready go on youtube and load up like 20 videos or so and let them buffer this will lag your internet so much and then press load game and x really fast again and you should be placed in Combat Training SND. You can also upload a video that works better as well. I hope this works for whoever is having problems!

eople are saying this is patched but its not!! It might be harder to do it normally but if you lag your internet it works fine. Im in a match right now with my friend using my method =]Second edit: works best if you use a lag switch before load game and press x multiple times.
