Try-hard quickscopers who try for clips and enjoyment of getting a good kill, then uploading it into a montage etc. Or those annoying people (sorry, ment almost EVERYONE) who use the ak74u religiously.
People say its not overpowered but overused, sorry but the reason why it is overused is due to the fact that it is overpowered, It has a decent clip size, hardly any recoil, can snipe across the map with it, 3 shot kill close range, incredibly accurate hip-fire, and anything else. Ok, so this may have been a leading poll (as in i want you to choose the quickscopers lol) but honestly, post what you'd rather see in a CoD game, Try Hards or No-lifers. Its your opinion

I actually do the gun challenges for most of the SUB-MACHINE guns & Assault Rifles so I only use the AK74 from like Level 39 to 46 then use Commando to get me to 50. I don't like the LMG classes there not as good as they used to me in MW2, an RPD with grip & Silencer was just nasty so I stay away from LMG's. But I do agree there are a lot of people using the 74 mostly with a silencer.

I'd better get killed by a quickscoper and see a good kill then killed by a guy playing with ak74u

Yea i see your point. But what i want to know is why people must use it religiously, and don't use any other gun the game has to offer. I was in a lobby earlier and there was a 3rd prestige guy. i looked at his stats and he had 15000 kills, i then looked at what gun he used the most and it was the 74u, with over 10,000 kills. People need to realise Black ops isn't a 'one gun game' and they should use other guns, as a) its more fun and b) it doesn't look good when everybody is using the same weapon this early into a game. it took a few months before everyone used the mp40 or everyone used the mp5 (cod 4). Anyways thats your opinion im not going to mess with it.

Because it is cheap. It takes little skill to use compared to other guns. Noobs use it. It is overpowered. That enough reasons for you, scrub?

The Ak74u isn't that overpowered. They nerfed it. It is slightly less powerful.

AK74u is just another gun. It's just as good as all the others, but people prefer it. People quickscoped because they thought it was "badass" and they had homosexual names like xX0Pt1KxXxl337sk1llzzzz

I personally have to say that the Skorpion beats the AK74u. I use it with Rapid Fire. It has NO recoil, it shoots fast, kills in 2 bullets at close, 5 at range - which is on par with about every gun; coupled with the fast fire rate and no recoil 5 bullets is nothing.

pretty much every game u play now u have 3-4 ak74u people in your team anyway as its like the most used gun on the game
