people who report are either very jealous or they really have no life.
Although you are more likely to get banned on xbox if you play that because you pay for their services therefore have more money to take care of things like that

To be honest I think it's a toss up 50/50 because doing he COLORED clan Tag is also considered a "CHEAT" and everyone and there mother did that and no-one yet has been banned for Colored Clan Tags. I think if you have the GOLD gun and do something else that you get reported for then yes but if you play legit and don't do anything stupid you could go by un-noticed. If someone does report you just for that I mean what can they possibly do other then reset your CAMO ehh it's a toss up. I wouldn't report anyone for anything, I ain't no snitch but then again not a lot of people think like I do.

Im guessing they might just let you go like the Color Clan tags which no one got banned for it.
