(adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({}); Who thinks aim assist is good? I personally don't like it.

The thing with it is it's that when your aiming at someone than someone behind than enemy runs across ur aim is Gone than.

Tip: But I dont know if anyone noticed or not it is helpfull because if u aim at a thin piece of material It will move if someone is moving around behind it.

I think aim assist is a joke and it's sad because it's basically a given that you'll find it in at least 95% of the shooting games coming out these days.

Call of duty is a prime example of why aim assist shouldn't even exist. I mean, tactical grenades (smoke grenades, flash and stun grenades etc.) are an integral part of the series but what is the point of using them if you magically target people despite not even seeing them? It's ridiculous. And just like the OP mentioned, there's the fact that you'll get your sights pulled away from the guy you're shooting if another enemy runs by.

Its pretty difficult to play without it. On pc there is none because you can be very accurate with a mouse but with a controller its a bit more difficult because you cannot be as precise when aiming.

Do a barrel roll!
It doesn't actually lock on when in multiplayer, and it also doesnt work at all when affected by tactical grenades, it only drags your crosshairs towards targets that come into contact wiith the crosshairs while moving across the centre of the screen Smile so on or off while in multiplayer it doesnt matter its mainly a single player function

Ya thats mostly what we are talking about. it works its just pointless really u use smoke or nova grenades and u can still target them pretty much.

and it works when they are behind a thin wall it will target them.

It's pretty difficult to play without it? What? I guess maybe if you're slightly mentally handicapped. (Not directed at you, just a general observation)

I don't play games on the PC so I'm curious to know what is the average accuracy rating for a good PC gamer playing COD? I understand that using a mouse will make your aim more precise, but to what degree?

Personally I disagree. I think you can make much more precise shots with a controller then a mouse. Any simple movement with a mouse and the shot you may of had is no longer there but when a controller you can shoot without messing up your aiming because the 2 don't depend on one and other. I like playing with out aim assist because it automatically aims at the enemies feet. I do so much better without it. My average score per-game is 80+kills and no more then 20 deaths. I only play demolition.

This and sadly it does not lock on if it did , my K/D would be higher.
It a good thing on consoles on PC bad thing.

I want to see them reduce the controller not being accurate by giving it a mouse like thing. Much like the move....that would be awesome.

Your wrong. Just because your a PC gamer doesnt make you better. Yes, console gaming is stereotypically known for being for younger gamers but some of the best gamers out there play on a console and not on PC.
