My strategy for 4 players:

Rounds 1 and 2 just knife the zombies. Round 3 shoot each zombie 8 times and knife them twice.

Now once thats over the person with the 2nd most amount of money open the first upstairs door and the person with the most the second leading to the MP40/Stakeout room and all buy the MP40, This should be the beginning of round 4. Camp in that room till after round 7 (by that time you will have a dog round for sure).

Then the two people that didnt open a door before, open the next two (Dont go to the box yet even if you know where it is) doors. Ok, now the left side loop is open, you need to pick two players to run the loop and two to run the smaller loop, around the stage. (Pick the best player and the worst player to do the smaller loop if your stuck on choice)

TIPS [The big loop is starting on the stage, running up through the middle of the theatre, turning round and then shooting them at the electric fence (or you can turn the electric fence on if needed) then running up the LEFT stairs towards the first door opened, turn around and shoot them again. Then run down to the MP40/Stakeout room, turn around and shoot, at the entrance for the Dressing up room. Then if needed run back down the middle of the theatre and start the loop again. And if needed by MP40 ammo while your in that room.

Now the small loop is slightly trickier, especially with two players (in other words it doesn't very well with 2 players, but it works fine for me up to round 15 or so) cause you both have to stay with each other for most of the time].

Ok, by now it should be the beginning of round 8, so keep doing the strategy until you all have Juggernog, if you got it before, it doesn't really matter anyway. Ok, by round 11 or 12, your 2nd dog round will have come (maybe round 10) and you want to camp near the Juggernog machine for the dog rounds.

Ok, now your 2nd dog round has come, you should notice that the MP40 is getting rather weak, so on round 13, make a crawler (hold a grenade for about 3-4 seconds then throw it at the zombie/s, a crawler is a zombie with no legs) and then at the end of the round, go to the box, and you should have a lot of money, so hit it 5 pr 6 times and hope for:

Ray Gun
RPK
HK21
Thundergun
Ballistic Knife
Crossbow
Commando

Each pair needs to have one player with the crossbow or ballistic knife and the other player to have monkey bombs (every player in the game will eventually need monkey bombs)

Ok, now that you all have some good guns (hopefully) you are almost
ready to get to round 25+.

Ok, so now its the start of round 14 (you may have dogs, so if you do, you know what to do.) and you just do the strategy again, and the same for round 15 (and again if its dogs, you know what to do).

Round 15, this is where we are going to change the strategy, now, generally, this is where the zombies get a little tougher to kill, so now at the start of every round get all players to run to the teleport, and when you get hit once, use the teleporter and upgraded unless it is Ray Gun or Thundergun.

Now throw grenades down, to save ammo, DONT UPGRADE YET, and when you get teleported out, continue with all 4 players doing the Big Loop, but be careful, it gets quite hectic but it makes for a good laugh.

Ok, so now you know what to do every round, I will give you some tips like when to upgrade and what guns to use from what rounds.

When do I need to upgrade?

When it is round 15, but for the ray gun and thundergun, round 20+.
And upgrade the crossbow or ballistic knife as soon as possible.

Why do you need the crossbow, ballistic knife and monkey bombs?
Well, the monkey bombs draw all the zombies to them when thrown. The crossbow upgraded is like a monkey bomb, but there is more ammo. And the ballistic knife is beast, and when upgraded its even better! Shoot some one with an upgraded Ballistic knife when they are downed, and it revives them automatically.

I can never find the box, where is it?

Well when you turn the power on, behind all the possible box locations, there is a map with lights on it, and the light that is green, is where the box is.

What if the box is some where near the alley?

Well if it is, open the door to the where it is, the strategy doesn't
include the alley, so it doesn't matter. Just make sure to not open the door on the stage that leads to the alley.

What is the thundergun and where can I find it?

The thundergun is one if the best guns in the game, and can only be obtained through the box, when fired it creates a powerful wind, kind of thing, and knocks back all the zombies and usually kills them.

How do I "Upgrade" a gun?

Well, you upgrade a gun by turning on the power (power switch is on the stage. Then linking the teleporter and then using it, it will take you to a room and in the back there is a machine, use it for 5000 points and then take the gun that comes out.
