the woman is the person Hudson talks about in the mission revelations who read the numbers which are broadcast from the broadcast station

For you to understand these numbers you have to complete campaign

Usually when it comes up for me is when I start the game up and I don't touch a single button on my controller and I let it go through the whole intro, try that to get it to come up again.

ive had a go at that and she doesnt pop up
she will probs just pop now and then

When u finish the campaign you"ll understand. (i passed it twice) ****IN AWESOME!!!

This comes up if you don't press anything when you start up the game
