This has caused me to research various forums, websites, youtube and twitter to find out how to make the most people happy. Keep in mind that I have tried to make this as un bias as possible. These are simply suggestions on how to make the game better.

Snipers: -As many of you know sniping has been made considerably more difficult than in previous games, in order to make the sniper a more balanced and less frustrating weapon.
needs fixing:
1.The "bounce" when zooming in on the standard sniper scope is too severe and needs to be reduced as it makes acquiring a target within a reasonable amount of time nearly impossible especially at range.
2.*[Bigest issue] When zooming in there is a period where even with the scope pulled up your scot registers as a no scope no matter where you are aiming. This needs to be eliminated (preferred), shortened, or at least you need to make the time it takes to zoom in longer to match this period, so that where ever you aim you bullet will travel.
3.Damage/1 hit kill areas for all snipers excluding L96a1
4.hitboxes, headshot multipliers, and damage when silenced (I know fixes are coming in the next patch).
Good as is:
1.Keep the "bounce as it does make quickscoping more difficult, but as long as the other issues are fixed it will not make quickscoping too difficult.

Knifing:
needs fixing:
1. Instead of further decreasing the knifing range (I am not complaining) the time it takes to pull out the default knife need to be extended. This should decrease the amount of "panic knifing" and the pure sight of it in the patch will make people happy.
Good as is:
2. Ballistic knife- keep EVERYTHING the same (until people complain) including the time it takes to knife, re-knife, and even the lunge for this is a dedicated knife and should have the advantages of one.

RCX
Needs Fixing:
1. Flak jacket should have further resistance to RCXDs
2. Make the RCXD a 4 kill streak
3. As a last resort only,eliminate the RCXD from multiplayer

Second Chance: -I could not think of a solution other than the obvious to make the amount of time it takes to get in second chance and being able to shoot longer.

Map packs: -what we would like to see
If priced at $10 or lower
1.New zombie map
2.2-3 multiplayer maps
3.New camos, emblems, and emblem layers
If Priced at $12.50-$15 or above
1.New zombie map
2.3-4 multiplayer maps
3.New camos, emblems, emblem layers, weapons ect. (no perks as it causes an unfair advantage)

The little things:
-Add an xp bar as it helps verify video clips and lets us know of our leveling progress in-game
-Bring back War from World At War as it is an awesome game mode
-Make valkyrie rockets a 6 kill streak opposed to 7
-use the bottom d-pad button for swapping though killstreaks ex:use UAV before napalm even after both have been acquired

What needs fixing: the whole game. Actually we need a new COD, this game is shit and lame and so are all the staff at treyarch .

What needs fixing: They need to fix the rage quitters and it will say Host has been disconnected.

They need to fix the freaking connection. And they need to hit the "COD4 MODE" switch for sniper rifles.

In my opinion:
-Sniping is fine
-RC XD Should be 4 kill streak
-Napalm should be 4
-Strela should only include one shot. I hate getting a 9 kill streak and getting shot down in 10 seconds.
-Ranking up should take SIGNIFICANTLY longer. So many people wouldn't try boosting if it didn't take so long to get to 15th prestige. Make prestiging take as long as it did in CoD4. 1-1.5 million XP, not 2 million.
-If someone does boost and is reported, DON'T RESET THEM! Reset them to level one of their current prestige, or maybe find out how much the boosting ranked them up and set them back to their rank from before the boosting.

I personally like Black Ops more than most people, but still, Treyarch should make some SERIOUS changes and people will like it A LOT MORE!

Little typo at the end, the game is just "War."
If you send it to Treyarch, I bet they'd applaud good grammar & spelling.

I disagree, its not the game thats bad, if you hate it play MW2, its a fun game but there are just ways to make it better. The only REAL issue is sniping.

Remove second chance and make RCXD a 6killstreak! n Valkyrie a 6 too. These things are so unbalanced. especially second chance rewarding sh!t players.

6 kills, for something that takes 3 bullets to destroy, and that usually only gives 1 kill? Heck no.
