If you don't care about win loss ratios I can tell you a way to get that up extremely fast on your own....

Already know it. I have like 1000 losses, 200wins. Domi, I'm #34 right now, i join, cap a flag get a kill, leave. gets me about +1.5score a minute every game depending how fast i can get a kill, or i just leave right after the cap.

You base your rank off of weekly or all time?

I'm #5 weekly, #4 Monthly & #34 All time on prestige leaderboards, im like #120 regular all time, #40 monthly & #54 weekly.
