I am returning for my second Kino Strategy, however this time it's Solo instead of a 4 person strategy. Again, if you have heard of this strategy already, please don't flame and try to enjoy the thread anyways. Flaming is gay, enjoy.

[multipage=Rounds 1-6]

When you spawn in the Lobby, immediately spend your 500 points on a Quick Revive. Remember you can only buy 3, so be careful. Before any N00bs post and get flamed to death by some douchebag who thinks he's cool because he has way too much rep/posts, In Solo, the Quick Revive machine runs without the power and only costs 500 points. The next 500 points should go towards the M14 off the wall. Normally, I wouldn't recommend this gun, I would just use my pistol, but too many times have I downed myself early on due to being cheap. Just aim for the head and knife for the kill, and you will have your points back in no time. Once the dogs have came for the first time, buy the door upstairs for 750 and immediately buy the next one as well for 1000. This should be by Round 6, if they haven't came by then just leave and they will come Round 7.

[multipage=Rounds 7-10]

Once in the room with the Stakeout and MP40, buy the MP40. At this point, you just want to get to the Stage ASAP so do it. If you find the Mystery Box, use it until you have ONE decent gun and move on. Don't get greedy. Yet. :carling: You should be in the Stage by Round 8. Turn on the power as soon as you get their. Once the power is on, run in circles around the stage scenery. Make all the zombies run behind you. Once you make a lap all the way around the Stage a few times, and there is a gigantic crowd behind you, make a lap around one more time, then once you are between the Dressing Room and scenery, turn around and spray. They should be all behind you. Once they get close, make another circle, and once your at the spot again, turn and spray again. Kill any zombies messing up the crowd formation behind you by throwing frags and spraying into the Dressing Room. Zombies coming from the Theatre will follow the crowd and run behind you,so don't worry about them. By the end of the Round, make a crawler or keep a Gasser, so you can go to the Machines and Teleporter to get what you need.

Priorities-
1) Juggernog (2500)
2) Pack-A-Punch (5000)
3) Speed Cola (3000)
4) Mystery Box (950 per use)
5) Bowie Knife (3000, unnecessary)
6) Double Tap Root Beer (2000, unnecessary)

You should have Juggernog and a PAP gun by Round 10.

[multipage=Rounds 11-19]

Now that you have the Juggs and have PAP'd a gun already, focus on obtaining the Speed Cola no later than Round 12 and once you have all that, start spamming the box. Keep buying it, over and over, until you have the 3 items that are every Solo Zombies players best friend. The Thundergun, The Ray Gun, and The Monkey Bombs. Once you have them, go Pack-A-Punch. First do the Ray Gun, then the Thundergun. I don't know how long it will take you, but usually I have atleast the Ray Gun and Thundergun by Round 19 or so, so we'll just write the rest of the guide based of my experiences, but from here on the numbers on the title do not matter.

[multipage=Round 20 and Higher]

By now you should be rather well off. Stay in the Theatre and keep running in laps. Now, you can use the Thundergun to kill any zombies coming from the Dressing Room and the Ray Gun to shoot into the crowd, and when you're about to die toss a monkey into the Theatre and regather yourself. Think about what you did wrong. =D

Keep going as far as you can. The furthest I have made it is Round 34, and I literally killed myself. Shit gets boring. #1 Rule, have fun. Good Luck.

[multipage=Powerups]

Carpenter

Don't pick them up. The reason for this is, it will stop the horde of zombies, and change the pattern from a slow steady flow to one gigantic group all at once.

Nukes

Be cautious when picking these up, you might kill the last group when your low on ammo and then what? Your f*cked, that's what.

InstaKills

Your choice, I don't pick em up early on because you need the points. Late in the game (Round 15+) its fine to take them all.

Ammo

Use sparingly, only when necessary.

Fire Sale

Don't break your back trying to get a good deal. Just use the box in the Theatre, and while weapons are cycling keep running, then stop on your way back in the lap. 950 points ain't shit late in the game, but going down by getting trapped in a box corner definitely is.

2x

Always pick them up.

Q-What is Pack-A-Punch?
A- It is a machine that costs 5000 points and makes your gun stronger. The room with the Pack-A-Punch machine can only be accessed with the teleporter.

Q-How do I use the teleporter?
A-First, turn on the power. Then enter the big blue tube thing on the stage (AKA the teleporter) and hit whatever your reload button is, depending on your console, to "Initiate link to pad". Now run back to the room you started in and hit the reload button on the big blue pad in the middle of the room. The teleporter is now ready for use. Run in it and hit your reload button to go Pack-A-Punch. Wait for ALL your teammates to all get in, because it takes a while to cool down and be ready to use again. If you work quickly, everyone can Pack-A-Punch in one trip.

Q-What is a crawler and why should I leave one alive when teleporting, opening doors, buying stuff, and doing anything else when moving away from the alley?
A-Crawlers are the little guys that have their legs blown of0f them and are just a torso crawling around. They are easy to manage and are preferred over a full blown zombie when one needs to buy something. As long as one zombie is alive, the next round won't start, so making a crawler or two is advised so you can leave the alley, get your stuff, come back, kill the crawlers, and start the next round at your own pace.

Q-How do I make a crawler?
A-Hold a frag for 3-4 seconds then release it right by the zombie. Most of the time, it will become a crawler. In the later round, try shooting them in the legs with a Ray Gun or throwing a Monkey Bomb if you have them.

Q-What are Monkey Bombs, the Ray Gun, and the Thunder Gun and why do I need them?
A-Monkey Bombs are special grenades that draw zombies towards them. When a teammate is down, chuck a monkey and revive him while the zombies crowd in a circle around the monkey until it explodes. The Ray Gun is a futuristic pistol that shoots, oddly enough, rays. It is very deadly and good for making crawlers. The Thunder Gun is another futuristic gun that shoots out a pulse which clears out the entire room. Good in the right hands, as it can only be used as a "oh-shit-im-being-overrun-break-out-the-thundergun!" situation as opposed to a retard who wastes all 12 Thundergun shots on 1-2 zombies. It should only be used once or twice a round, and thats if you suck. My friends and I normally don't break it out until Round 20+. ALL OF THESE SPECIAL WEAPONS ONLY COME FROM THE MYSTERY BOX.

Q-Why do I need the Mystery Box?
A-It has all the good guns. Plain and simple. There is a location for the box in every room and once the power is on it can be found by looking at the map with the green lights on it on the wall. Wherever the green light is on, that's where the box is.

Feel free to message me with any other questions. I will add other frequently asked questions to the thread if enough people ask.
