Basically, it allows you to edit your playercard emblem using all the slots, even if you haven't unlocked them. I found it accidently but i thought it was worth sharing, its useful if like me, you got de-ranked and want to use those extra layers.
I recorded it on my iphone4 so please no comments about my camera work, it was the closest thing i could find. Also I have a bit of a sore throat, so no voice comments either.

Nice, good find specially if you don't want to blow your COD points on your emblem... Those last few layers are expensive
