I live in California and i can never seem to get over a 2-bar connection unless i am host (rarely). Is there a way to change my account so that i play on american servers? PLEASE HELP

Um, it's not server based bro. It's your internet. You don't connect to a "server", so that not the problem.

This might help, hit SELECT (BACK if your on Xbox) and change the setting for who you connect to. If it's locale, then you should change it because it *might* still use his UK location, and it probably hasn't updated. So that's your only hope, other than that, your ISP sucks.

I would just change it to whatever because his information might be stored on the account so the game thinks you're in the UK. I highly doubt that, but it's the only thing you can do.
