The point of this is this guy has 6 Copies of Black Ops because he has 6 ps3s or more i dont know what the deal is. But yea Treyarch reset him for cheating/hacking. He now got a lawyer and is filing a sue on Treyarch and hopefully gets around 1000$

So is treyarch really ****ing up and losing customers what do you think?

And this is an outrage. Never before i heard of suing game developers.

Update on the Case.

So he got word from his lawyer and this is what Treyarch did.

Treyarch was presented with the case but guess what now the case is pointless since 3arc hurried to pass the patch real fast. So all the issues presented in the case were all covered in the last patch. Now to the ban part the MAC adress ban is lifted! But the psn is still banned so bye bye 7th prestige. I still think this is Bullshit!

Well the other day I was playing combat training on nuketown, like people do spawn trapping and I reach lvl 50 and then I got online to find my rank set back to lvl 1 2nd prestige when I was lvl 40. They are very good with communitys and patch things as soon as they here, but theyre patching that much it looked like nothing got patched back in the BETA it should be public to PSN+ and selected XBL

The whole game is broken and they are looking for little reasons to ban people so they can show they have power. Its so chilidish you made a wack game now deal with it. Seriously!

lets all admit it, treyarch is fukin shittt at online multiplayer, i dont hardly play black ops, if i do its strictly zombies, thats all their good at is zombies, also everyone needs to move on, activison screwed ps3, but hey we got gt5 which is much better than black ops, awww too bad i dnt even got time to play it

My fault, I took it the wrong way too. Yeah, they're slowly becoming more like Infinity Ward every day, becoming greedier and caring less about the customers and people who play the game daily to get it to where it is. We pay over £40 and $60 dollers for a game that basically dosen't work at all - and what for? to play the online and reach something.
