The point of this is this guy has 6 Copies of Black Ops because he has 6 ps3s or more i dont know what the deal is. But yea Treyarch reset him for cheating/hacking. He now got a lawyer and is filing a sue on Treyarch and hopefully gets around 1000$

So is treyarch really ****ing up and losing customers what do you think?

And this is an outrage. Never before i heard of suing game developers.

Update on the Case.

So he got word from his lawyer and this is what Treyarch did.

Treyarch was presented with the case but guess what now the case is pointless since 3arc hurried to pass the patch real fast. So all the issues presented in the case were all covered in the last patch. Now to the ban part the MAC adress ban is lifted! But the psn is still banned so bye bye 7th prestige. I still think this is Bullshit!

He has 6 ps3s among his family and shit. Not for himself. That way they can all play i recall he has like 3 brothers or something. I have 2 ps3s for me so i think 3 brothers 6 ps3s thats not bad. And point is 3arc has no proof of him boosting. Thus he only did it once when he was 1st prestige. He got to 7th legit and got deranked like WTF

The game runs at like 30 fps whenm its supposed to run at 60, shitty matchmaking, unfairly set about,

Just have to add (they said you would be able to quickscope, YER RIGHT, then D.Vonderhaar said that at first it was like cod4..... Yer but the thing was that they made a patch that stopped that 2 days before the release!!!)

They said it was too easy to quicksope before the official release was!

The game isn't meant for hacking. They have a right to derank and do what they want if anyone hacks or finds exploits in the game.

well if they bann you, turn to hacking it for revenge (make sure infections are good) :evil:

he wont be succesful in sueing treyarch because he copied the game several times so more tha anything he will be the one who will fined lol.
