My friend was downed and he had the duel hand guns upgraded. The ones that are called duel sally or something. He picked up the cash drop which makes all boxes available. He shot the box in which then the nuke icon came on it blew it up and killed me. We was like WTF!? I will try to investigate it a little more.

Well i don't have any evidence. Its just going to be one of those things you believe or not. Till i can find out exactly how it happened. Unfortunately i am really run down with work at the moment, but i do understand what you are saying.
