I would like to thank Ryan for posting the CODBO Emblem generator found here:

The generator gave skull vector needed for the emblem.
I used photoshop to spice up the emblem by using the generator to its advantage.

I just needed it for the skull vector.
Everything else was easily made with the photoshop tools.

Wait, you were able to extract the vector skull from the swf? Or, did you simply vector the skull yourself from a screenshot...

Or are you just using the term "vectored" to describe the art?

I had to vector it, otherwise the quality would just be bad.
