1.Go on you computer open your patch blocker and start it.
You must login or register to view this content.

2.Go on PS3 and go to internet setting (Custom)
3.Scroll over to Proxy and leave the Port and Type the I.P thats on your Patch Blocker.
4.Finish and test your connection.
5.Go to Game>Game Data Utility>Black Ops Patch>elete
6.Go into the game and go to a game of Nazi Zombies
7.Quit after 1 minute and then quit the game
8.Exit your patch blocker and edit settings again but choose the Do Not Use option on the Proxy Section
9.Return to black ops install the patch and play online.

Tada you should be Lv. 1 First Prestige.

Does this reset all your stats? Or just your level?

or you can simply try to prestige glitch using the combat training method. this way you dont have to go back to network setting and unselect the options
