From now on, post what you need help with doing and your PSN, find someone in this thread who needs the same and help each other out. Then everyone's happy.

You dont need a partner just follow these steps (xbox 360)

1) Go into combat training
2) Press Y
3) Go along to Xbox live party (You must be in a party)
4) Go down to your name and click it
5) Go down to prestige and it should be avaliable
