Your Gold Account CAN BE BANNED and it will still let you play
It does not give you the same rank, but you are playing on your gold account

Directions:

1. Make a Silver Account and make the name whatever you want you name to be.
2. Go on Blacks Ops and go to System Link.
3. Create a Match.
4. Start the game and Quickly Sign Out of your silver account and into your Gold Account.
5. If done correctly it will say "Error Starting game..."
6. Go to Xbox Live and play, your name will now be the name of the silver account
